Sales Executive
Hours of Work: 9:00 - 18:00 CET (Monday-Friday)
Total Hours: 40 Hours
The Role
The Sales Executive will join the sales function and will be responsible for identifying new
opportunities, closing new business and managing / upselling to existing client accounts.
While often working on their own initiative, the role requires a large degree of cooperation
amongst all stakeholders involved in the sales cycle process.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
● Making outgoing / incoming customer calls and processing new sales
● Following up business leads and actively selling our products
● Delivering a consultative selling approach
● Maintain sales pipeline and build customer relationships
● Display a positive and professional attitude
● Up-selling value to our products
● CRM system management
● Develops product knowledge and services sold
● Contributes to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice
ideas
Qualifications And Required Skills
● Fluent English and German and Polish, both verbal and written
● 1+ years of experience in sales, telesales or business development
● Effective verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
● Proven negotiation skills
● Strong computer skills
● Ability to build new relationships and maintain the current ones
● Self-motivated individual with positive attitude
● Ability to take initiative
● High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
● Ability to adapt in changing work environment
● Confident and charismatic
