Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn? We are looking for a Safety
Coordinator to join our friendly team in Chișinău! No prior experience is needed – we provide
training!
What We Offer:

Salary: Starting from $800/month
Official Employment: Full social package included
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 PM – 1 AM
Modern Office: Comfortable workspace in Chișinău
Paid Transportation: We cover your commute after work
Training Provided: Experience is a plus but not required

What You Need:

English skills (spoken & written) – Spanish is a plus
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Maps)
Good organization and communication skills
Ability to handle stress and multitask
Responsible and problem-solving mindset

Your Tasks:

Hire & onboard drivers while ensuring safety compliance
Monitor & communicate with drivers on safety rules
Update reports & records regularly
Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date info
Handle accident cases and documentation
