Mid / senior Java developer

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong proficiency in Java Expertise in MongoDB and strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar), including schema design, complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data).
- Proficiency microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience developing financial solutions such as core banking systems, microfinance platforms, digital payment gateways, credit scoring systems or lending systems is a great plus.

- Design and develop scalable backend solutions for banking, microfinance, and fintech applications.
- Leverage MongoDB and SQL databases to create robust, high performance data architectures.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Write and execute comprehensive tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, customer-centric financial features.
- Optimize application and database performance to handle high transaction volumes.
