Hr-manager

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes

Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate employee records Collaborate with management

Requirements:
- Excellent level of English language (C1 and higher) as you will be working for the American market. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role Proficient in HR software and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working hours from 9 am till 6pm (Florida time)
Monday-Friday, Sunday ( Saturday-off)
