- Provide an excellent experience to our travelers to increase customer loyalty and referrals
- Taking calls and resolving customer problems using creative solutions and patience
- Provide and implement timely feedback
- Help passengers to resolve any issues that may arise regarding their reservation
- Tell our passengers about all the necessary information
