Main tasks:

- Work schedule — 2/2 (day/night shifts)
- Support and communication with customers all around the world
- Helps users to resolve 1-L and 2-L technical issues
- Ability to create and manage the reports daily

Excellent skills:

- Good level of English (speaking and writing at Intermediate level or higher)
