The worldwide largest telecommunications company AT&T invites ambitious people to relocate to Slovakia (either Bratislava or Kosice) and work in AT&T's own Customer support center.
What we offer:
· Home Office: We support virtual working based on your job performance and having the appropriate home office environment quiet, distraction free, and fast, reliable internet access. As a business, we always reserve the right to call employees back to the office at any time to meet the needs of our customers;
· Official salary: base rate of 1290 - 1550 EURO brutto (exact rate is defined individually in your job offer, within the mentioned range, basing on your experience, English level and technical knowledge);
· You will earn significantly more because of uplifts: +25% for evening hours (7 pm - 10 pm), +38% for night hours (10 pm - 6 am), +50% for work on Saturdays, +100% for work on Sundays and national holidays. Uplifts are additive (i.e. Sunday night is paid +138% more in comparison with you base rate);
· One time relocation bonus ;
· Annual bonus;
· 8-hours work shifts, between 11 am and 8 am (with focus on evenings and nights aka American hours);
· Meal allowance;
· Medical Insurance and Group Risk Life insurance are provided by employer.
What you have to do:
· Respond to customer phone calls as the 'first line' of technical support for AT&T;
· Ensure a positive experience by providing the right customer solution;
· Handle a range of issues related to AT&T products & services.
What we expect from you:
· Fluent oral English (B2+) is critical;
· Logical thinking and a passion for problem solving;
· An interest in technology and a willingness to learn;
· Able to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
