We develop and sell standard solutions in this segment, especially for small and medium-sized market participants in Switzerland,Germany and abroad. For the top segment, we work with large international consulting companies and resellers, to which we contribute as a technology provider. Call Centre Representative
Position Objective
Give online support to all our clients (Switzderland, Moldova, Germany), clearing doubts, answering inquiries and complaints in a fast, friendly and effective
Responsibilities
Advise customer on inquiries, complaints and comments made by the various online sites, answering each in a period not exceeding one hour
Providing a service that is highlighted by the warmth of treatment, customer care and fast and effective solutions to emerging situations
To know in detail the product to support customers on specific queries
Have the ability to do data input and help our customer manage their accounts
You will be expected to do data entry work, configure the product and support customers questions
Requirements
Students and/or graduates for careers in communication, PR, MKT
Minimum Experience 2 years in similar position
English Language Advanced - level (written)
Competencies
Ability to establish rapport with the client (put in place of another)
Solving ability and self-management, with effective results to ensure the Quality of Care
Ability to present yourself and the company in a professional manner
Ability to satisfy customers with the personal commitment to fulfil your orders, desires and expectations
Ability to achieve results, improving and maintaining high levels of performance in the context of the strategies of the Company
