We’re on the lookout for a Ticket Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As a Ticket Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for answering customer queries, managing ticket bookings.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers via calls and emails, providing them with travel options;
Offering detailed information about ticket prices, schedules, and availability;
Making reservations according to customer needs and budgets;
Promoting and selling our travel services;
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (B2+);
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Previous experience in travel services or sales (preferred);
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently;
Fast learner with good time management;
Ability to work night shifts;
Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
