Job Description: As the Office Manager at Alvys, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while providing essential support to our HR department. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners, making your role integral to maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
Manage office supplies and ensure necessary stock levels are maintained.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Assisting in recruitment processes such as, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Assist with planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Basic knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
