Manager planificare și operațiuni, Departamentul Marketing și PR

Echipa Departamentului Marketing și PR este în căutarea unui coleg pentru poziția manager planificare și operațiuni.
Obiectivul postului este dezvoltarea și adaptarea contentului grafic, în conformitate cu cerințele expuse în obiectivele departamentului.
Ce vei face:

Vei participa activ la planificarea și dezvoltarea strategiei de marketing;
Vei participa activ la dezvoltarea planului anual de marketing;
Vei participa la calculul și planificarea budgetului anual al departamentului și ulterior vei fi responsabil (/ă) pentru concordanța cheltuielilor în comparație cu plan, precum și coordonarea activității financiare cu departamentul planificare și contabilitate;
Vei livra un număr de rapoarte periodice, privind activitatea și rezultatele departamentului;
Vei fi responsabil (/ă) pentru monitorizarea și gestionarea activităților privind actele normative ale băncii, în tangență cu activitatea departamentului marketing;
Vei dezvolta și vei implementa procesele de selecție a furnizorilor pentru prestare de servicii sau achiziție de bunuri, împreună cu colegii din departamentul logistica;
Vei asigura conformitatea activității departamentului cu cerințele auditului intern și extern;
Vei fi responsabil (/ă) pentru conformitatea portofoliului de branduri cu cerințele legislației, în vederea drepturilor de autor;

Ce căutăm:

Cunoașterea avansată a MS Office, în special Excel și PowerPoint;
Cunoașterea bazelor planificărilor de buget anual, trimestrial și lunar;
Abilități de gândire analitică și matematică;
Abilități de comunicare asertivă, constructivă și profesionistă;
Abilitate de lucru cu un masiv mare de date, într-un interval limitat de timp;
Experiența minimă de 2 ani
Cunoașterea limbilor RO, RU, EN la un nivel de comunicare și operare;

Менеджер по планированию и операционной деятельности, Департамент Маркетинга и PR
Команда Департамента маркетинга и PR ищет коллегу на должность менеджера по планированию и операционной деятельности.
Целью должности является разработка и адаптация графического контента, в соответствии с требованиями, изложенными в целях отдела.
Обязанности:

Вы будете активно участвовать в планировании и разработке маркетинговой стратегии;
Вы будете активно участвовать в разработке годового маркетингового плана;
Вы будете участвовать в расчете и планировании годового бюджета отдела и в дальнейшем будете отвечать за соответствие расходов плану, а также за координацию финансовой деятельности с планово-бухгалтерским отделом;
Вы будете предоставлять ряд периодических отчетов о деятельности отдела и результатах;
Вы будете отвечать за мониторинг и управление деятельностью, касающейся нормативных актов банка, в связи с деятельностью отдела маркетинга;
Вы будете разрабатывать и внедрять процессы выбора поставщиков для предоставления услуг или закупки товаров совместно с коллегами из отдела логистики;
Вы будете обеспечивать соответствие деятельности отдела требованиям внутреннего и внешнего аудита;
Вы будете нести ответственность за соответствие портфеля брендов требованиям законодательства в части авторских прав;

Требования:

Продвинутые знания MS Office, особенно Excel и PowerPoint;
Знание основ годового, квартального и ежемесячного планирования бюджетирования;
Аналитические и математические навыки мышления;
Навыки уверенного, конструктивного и профессионального общения;
Умение работать с большим объемом данных в ограниченные сроки;
Минимум 2 года опыта
Знание языков RO, RU, EN на коммуникативном и рабочем уровне;

Junior Designer, Marketing and PR Department
The Marketing and PR Department team is looking for a colleague for the position of Operational and Planning Manager.
The objective of the position is the development and adaptation of graphic content, in accordance with the requirements set out in the department's objectives.
Duties:

You will actively participate in the planning and development of the marketing strategy;
You will actively participate in the development of the annual marketing plan;
You will participate in the calculation and planning of the department's annual budget and subsequently you will be responsible for the consistency of expenses compared to the plan, as well as the coordination of financial activity with the planning and accounting department;
You will deliver a number of periodic reports on the activity and results of the department;
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing activities regarding the bank's regulatory acts, in relation to the activity of the marketing department;
You will develop and implement the processes for selecting suppliers for the provision of services or the acquisition of goods, together with colleagues from the logistics department;
You will ensure the compliance of the department's activity with the requirements of internal and external audits;
You will be responsible for the compliance of the brand portfolio with the requirements of the legislation, in view of copyright;

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of the basics of annual, quarterly and monthly budget planning;
Analytical and mathematical thinking skills;
Assertive, constructive and professional communication skills;
Ability to work with a large amount of data, in a limited period;
Minimum 2 years of experience
Knowledge of RO, RU, EN languages at a communication and operating level;
