What you'll do:

Manage a team of Sales Specialists;
Maintain successful business relationship with current customers;
Actively search and engage potential customers;
Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage;
Promote company's services and attract new customers;
Set targets, track results, check deadlines;
Contact customers via phone/ email/ website;
Organize meetings with Team.

What we're looking for:

Team leader;
Dynamic and result-oriented person;
Experience in Sales is a must;
Experience in logistics;
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Customer-oriented mindset;
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
