Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for an experienced, results-oriented business development professional with a proven track record in B2B/B2C service sales. If you’re an ambitious leader ready to create, shape, and grow a top-tier sales organization, this is your opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in logistics.
Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate the U.S. truck dispatch sector.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team from scratch.
Drive lead generation, cultivate client relationships, and close deals for dispatch services.
Work closely with company leadership to refine sales processes and contribute to overall business strategy.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to keep the organization on the cutting edge of dispatch innovation.

You have a solid history of selling services, ideally in logistics or freight trucking.
You’re well-versed in B2B/B2C sales and understand the U.S. trucking market’s demands, regulations, and stakeholders.
You excel at formulating and executing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
You thrive on recruiting, guiding, and motivating teams to exceed ambitious targets.
You relish the challenge of a fast-paced environment that values agility, initiative, and innovation.
You pivot quickly to meet evolving market and business needs.
