After-hours dispatcher

We are an asset-based trucking company operating in the United States, managing a fleet of 150+ trucks. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated After-Hours Dispatcher to join our Moldavian team.
Position Details:
Shift: After-hours (00:00 - 09:00) Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:

Monitoring and assisting drivers outside of regular business hours
Resolving urgent issues related to shipments, delays, or breakdowns
Communicating with brokers, shippers, and receivers as needed
Tracking loads and updating systems accordingly

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of dispatching experience (preferably in after-hours or night shift roles)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
